“Jib” (집) means home in Korean. JIB stays are built around how people in Seoul actually live: an ordinary modern apartment, which is exactly what feels new to visitors.

Many shared rooms in Seoul put every bed in one space. A JIB stay is laid out like a home, with a shared living room and separate bedrooms.

Sized for groups
Room types are set by the number of guests (at Seoul Station: 4, 6, 8 or 10), so families and groups traveling together can book one home instead of several hotel rooms.
